Emerging Technology – Invisibility?

16Jan09

Consider this a give away. One benefitial feed to add to your RSS, would be the magazine published by MIT, Technology Review.

mag_coversAn interesting breakthrough came up today which updates what caught my eyes back in 2007. It’s about metamaterials. The act of refracting light (that is how we see objects) to spectrums with frequencies as the likes of infrared, and x-rays, etc; which we cannot see, can bounce back on such metamaterials. In other words, invisible. So todays news, tells us that ‘software‘ helps to enable this.

Catch your wild super-hero adventures, cause this has many complications. The idea is pretty cool anyways.

Since we’re at it, keep an eye on these: Emerging Technologies
