The Lebanese national opposition in a way, sense relieved that the court fundamentally established the tribunal by international means.

The opposition feels it has done its utmost to prevent it from happening even though it would have preferred managing the court under different means.

The case is way beyond Lebanon. Nations involved are too complicated to be concerned with the ‘Lebanon dossier’ on the international scene, even though it has fulfilled its job thoroughly to excuse the investigative side of the tribunal.

Lebanon is mingled by coincidence in a ravaged skirmish with Fatah al-Islam at this moment. Out of the blue, because some ‘guys’ robbed a bank in Amyoun (Koura) a week ago, and ran off into the Palestinian Refugee Camp in Nahr el Bared, Lebanon; and have been insisting for a year to be labeled as Fatah al-Islam by authorities and media speculators.
