Lebanese Expatriate Carlos Slim Helu to invest heavily in Lebanese Real Estate
10Sep07
The Lebanese Inner Circle learned that the current wealthiest man in the world, modest Lebanese Expatriate Carlos Slim Helu is to receive document from Michel Eddé to invest in his root southern village of Jezzine.
The idea is to purchase massive real estate in order to block the continuous Shiite perimeter in which the government claims, with narrow proof, that it is building highly sophisticated defence infrastructure against Israel.
The inner circle doubts that Mr. Carlos S. Helu has any interest in entering chaotic Lebanese politics, but encourages the fact of ‘all’ Lebanese expatriates to invest in their home land.
